- Run 800 meters under 3:30
- OHS track will be open in the summer if needed
- run for endurance (long distance) and for speed (sprints) on alternating days to help you train
- since this is outside, masks are not required for this run
- Run a full court (basketball) suicide under 32 seconds
- end line and back, free-throw line and back, center line and back, far free-throw line and back, far end line and back
- must touch lines with your hands!
- we will extend this time if mask are still mandated for indoor sports

- Be sure you complete all required paperwork:
- 8to18
- updated physical
- concussion course
- Athletes with current or chronic conditions (such as concussions, ACL tears, etc.) are required to have a doctors note listing any and all limitations having to deal with physical activity. Otherwise, the athlete will not be allowed to participate due to risk of further injury.
- Highly recommend current and incoming athletes to participate in individual summer camps. It is a great way for the girls to get additional skill work that's more personalized to help improve their current abilities!
- Practices will start August 4th and will be held in the mornings from 8 AM - 10 AM until school starts. Once school starts we will be practicing after school.
