July 18th (Monday) - July 21st (Thursday) 4:30PM - 5:30PM @OHS Big Gym **these are held after camp for about an hour
July 26th (Tuesday) 6PM - 8PM @OHS Big Gym

- Athletes with current or chronic conditions (such as concussions, ACL tears, etc.) are required to have a doctors note listing any and all limitations having to deal with physical activity. Otherwise, the athlete will not be allowed to participate due to risk of further injury.
